I've been living alone in Tripoli for almost 2 months now, and I still haven't cooked a single meal for myself. It's a lot easier to just step out and get something from a restaurant. But I really am getting sick of it, I'm bored with fast food. Imagine what I've been craving the last cople of days; simple boiled eggs :( . And I couldn't bring myself to go get some eggs, I'm trying to avoid making any kind of mess so I wouldn't have to clean up -do the dishes- afterwards, I know boiled eggs don't make THAT big of a mess, but still.I'm living in Gergarish and the closest restaurant is Mo3men, I've ate there most of the last 2 months, I'm such a regular customer that I simply showup and they'll place my order without me even asking, imagine that. I have no problem with Mo3men, infact I used to dream about it, I was so happy that it was close to my appartment when I first came, I said to myself I must be the luckiest man alive. But now I'm really sick of it, I'm also sick of Cook Door, the PFC and Pizza House. I just need to find some other place to eat before I lose my mind. I didn't mention a very important factor in my restaurant search, I don't have a car :) . So I'm kind of restricted to Gergarish. There are some restaurants that have roasted chicken -which I love- but I'm kind of worried about how clean they are. Some people tell me you get sick very easily eating there.Does anyone here know of any good place to eat in Gergarish? I'd really appreciate it if someone would point out places that I haven't seen.

oh well, thanks anyway :)
I wonder what are the comments you got.
Imagine this, I just found out that the catering service at work will probably be changed from Azmeer to Mo3men, AAAARGH!! Mo3men is "wraya wraya" :D
lol...there is no way out ain't it? well do u work for Shell? :)
lol! indeed there is no escape.
wait a sec, don't tell me YOU work for Shell?
nope....but my brother in law does, and my friend's uncle as well! plus I live in seya7eya ....ya3ni kola leya....lol small world, welcome to libya....I firgured it out when u said Azmir does the catering for ya, and Asmir is only a stone thrown away from shell, so it was an easy hint for my wild guess lol :P
Im doing my internship in Libyana and next week Im leaving for Dubai!
lol, that was a very smart guess :)
So, you're planning to stay in Dubai for the long term?
Dubai is nice if you have the cash, very nice but very expensive.
I got an offer to work there around a year ago but when I sat and thought about it I saw that I wasn't gonna be able to "build myself" as fast as I wanted.
By the way, I simply haaaaaaaated Dubai the last time I was there because I had to move a lot there, the traffic is insane at times, and walking is absolute agony before 7pm. the worst heat in the world.
now that was little harsh!!! lol
I still have two more semesters to go, and personally I d rather live n dubai and save nothing over livivng here and save s*** load of dough! :P
life is short ....live it to the limit! lol :P
anyways goodluck with Shell it really is a good opportunity to launch ur career with Shell...I set my eyes on it too ;)
I don't disagree with you, it IS nice to live in Dubai without trying to save anything. You certainly can have a very exciting life there.
But in my situation, I have other plans, I simply have to think about the long-term, ie career, money, house, wife, children ....
the whole 9 yards :)
lol...yeah, it matches ur prefrences and what ur looking for...fair enough, but im not a family guy (not the TV show) I enjoy being single...no strings attached lol :)
Believe me I enjoy being single too :(
and I'm not a family guy either, or at least I'm not one yet :), but I have "commitments" that I have to fulfil. Hopefully I'll learn to be a family guy, and more importantly, learn to be happy as a family guy
